Holly Parry
– CEO
Holly joined CYT at 13 and later studied Community and Applied Theatre. Now CEO, she leads the organisation with a focus on creative growth and inclusivity.
Zak Douglas
– Drama Tutor
Zak joined CYT in 2013 and now works as a professional actor, returning to teach and lead outreach programs between acting roles.
Roison Murphy
– Drama Tutor
Roisin, a former member, became part of the team through the KickStart program and now assists with teaching and administration.
Matthew Allen
– Finance Officer
Matthew, a trained actor, oversees CYT’s financial operations while balancing his work in theatre and film.
Jane Ward MBE
– Founder
Jane founded CYT in 1983 and continues to support through fundraising and advocacy after 40 years of service.
